well i've been quiet. we all have, kinda.
I couldn't handle watching tv with h on election night, i had to go hide in the bathtub...calling out for updates occasionally. i found myself just sinking further and further into the couch.
i know a girl whose online blog i love. she's funny, cute, charming, sweet...but she's a republican and i was filled with this weird irrational anger directed at her specifically after the election. kind of weird, but maybe understandable.
in other news, cold weather makes me eat like a pig. just sayin. grunt. bloat. grunt. bloat.
i want to get outdoors this weekend. watned to go to ano nuevo to see the elephant seals or something, but november is the craziest month and i want it to slow the fuck down!

the anger i think is really understandable. when faced with all this fear about what a W x 2 term will do it's not possible to take on the entire country, but you can take on individuals you know. fight or flight, baby. but what does the anger really signify? does she have the same values as you but voted bush? i'm really interested in how people relate over politics, because in this day and age politics seem to be more and more about life ideologies than what our government does. you know? could i really be married to a republican and coexist peacefully? i think not.
